EASY BANANA ICE CREAM WITH PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE SAUCE

No ice, no cream, just bananas and some toppings. Could it be any easier? And so delicious!


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Large bananas
    Any additional toppings you may want!

  • DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into 1/2" slices.
    2. Place the bananas on a place and freeze overnight.
    3. Let bananas sit for about 5 minutes so it's easier to get them off the plate.
    4. Slide them in a blender and puree until smooth. Be patient, it might take you a while.
    5. Serve immediately. 


  • PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE SAUCE

    6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    1. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, milk and corn syrup in a saucepan and stir contantly until smooth.
    2. Stir in vanilla and continue stirring.
    3. Pour over ice cream while warm.
